Terms of Service

By accessing and downloading photos from Eye of Avé, you agree to the following terms:

1. Usage Rights – Photos are for personal and promotional use only. Clients may share and post their images but must credit Eye of Avé (@YourInstagramHandle) when sharing publicly. Commercial use requires prior written permission.

2. No Alterations – Images may not be altered, edited, or filtered in a way that changes the original style and quality of the work. Cropping for social media is fine, but major edits should be discussed beforehand.

3. Copyright – Eye of Avé retains full copyright to all images. Purchasing a session grants you a license to use the photos but does not transfer ownership.

4. Storage & Availability – Galleries will remain available for 30 days. After that, images may be removed from the system. Please download and back up your photos within this timeframe.

5. Unauthorized Use – Reselling, redistributing, or submitting images to contests/publications without permission is prohibited. If you need extended usage rights, reach out for licensing options.

6. Refunds & Revisions – Due to the nature of photography, all sales are final. Revisions or retouches may be available at an additional cost.
