2. Gallery Access – Your photo gallery is private and only accessible through the link provided. It is your responsibility to keep this link secure. If you need the link to be reissued or password-protected, please reach out.

3. Photo Usage – Eye of Avé may use select images from your session for portfolio, social media, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If you prefer your images to remain private, please notify me before the delivery of your gallery.

4. Third-Party Services – Your photos are hosted on Pixieset, which has its own privacy policies regarding data storage and security. By using the gallery, you also agree to their terms.

5. Data Retention – Galleries are stored for 30 days before being archived. After this period, images may no longer be available. Please download your files promptly.
